Right tympanic membrane perforation

28 year old male patient with an 8 month old hearing loss following blunt trauma over the right ear; an otoscopy was performed showing 30% perforation involving both lower quadrants.

Laryngeal nodes and polyps

27 year old female patient (actress) with a 20 day history of dysphonia after voice over use during a show (no microphones); an indirect laryngoscopy was performed showing multiple lesions: vocal nodes between anterior and mid thirds of both vocal cords which showed thickening and erythema, also, two polyps were noticed in the posterior third of the left vocal cord.
